How much does an inground swimming pool cost?
Our Complete Pebble Pool Package starts at $42,500.00 (plus sales tax). From there you can upgrade the size and options. You can choose from any of our popular pool shapes, and we can add a large variety of upgrades from water features to spas.

Complete Pool Package
$39,500 (plus sales tax)
This complete inground pool cost includes:
- Complete on-site inground pool design and pricing done in 1 day
- All plans, engineering and required permits
- Up to 72 linear ft perimeter/325 sq ft surface area pool size (this can accommodate up to a 26′ x 14′ free-form or a 25′ x 12′ rectangle size) x 5′ max depth
- Standard pool entry steps with a 5′ long bench at steps
- Standard forming/excavation (10-wheel dump truck access to the pool edge)
- 3/4 HP pump and 325 sq ft filter
- Sub-panel with GFCI outlet and remote light switch at equipment location
- 400w pool light and remote switch
- Up to 70 linear ft total electric runs/15 linear ft from equipment set to pool edge
- 4 wall returns plumbed in a loop
- Standard skimmer and suction port with a “jandy” adjustment valve
- Pool auto-fill with anti-syphon valve and 20 linear ft of 3/4″ PVC plumbing run
- 6″ x 6″ pool waterline tile – standard, in-stock selection
- 3′ wide band of concrete decking AND additional sitting area around pool – 400 sq ft total deck area
- Complete clean-up of all construction debris, fill in all trenches and rake out all disturbed areas
- Colored plaster pool interior finish with accent tile
- Start-up kit with broom, adjustable pole, net, thermometer, chemical test kit
- Initial chemical balance and complete on site pool operation instructions
- 5 year pool shell and interior finish warranty
- 3 year full factory warranty on all equipment
