Complete Pool Project to Include:
Plans/permits, standard access excavation, Up to 75’ perimeter/350sqft surface area/670sqft internal area pool size (14’ x 28’ free-form), 5’ maximum pool depth, standard entry steps with a 5’ long bench at the steps. All Pentair pool equipment with 3-year manufacturer warranties – 3HP variable speed pump/420sqft cartridge filter/microbrite colored LED light w/remote switch, equipment set up to 15’ from pool, 4 wall returns/skimmer and vacuum line suctions w/valve, up to 70’ of total electric runs, auto-fill w/20’ run, 6” waterline tile, 3’ of standard concrete deck around pool with 10’ x 10” sitting area (350sqft total), standard color mini-pebble interior finish, broom/net/pole/testkit and start-up chemicals, start-up and complete instruct and cleanup/haul away all materials, fill in trenches and rake disturbed areas. All of this starts with a base price of $42,500.00.
